Adie Attempts: No Knead Bread Recipe

I’ve been wanting to learn to make my own bread for a while now but never had interest in buying a bread maker or other additional tools—because I feared that I might only make bread once. Then I came across this no-knead bread recipe that uses a traditional dutch oven for baking, and finally got around to trying it out! I have to admit that the post at Steamy Kitchen sold me because if a four-year old can make bread—I figured that I could probably pull it off, too.

I’m sorry I didn’t try it sooner! The bread is delicious with an amazing texture—crunchy on the outside, soft in the center. * I did substitute 1 cup of bread flour with whole wheat flour, but it came out just fine. Check out the recipe here.
